Wedding Consultations

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Our consultations are a time for you to sit down with one of our bakers to discuss your wedding cake and dessert needs.

You will also have the opportunity to taste a few of our flavors. We recommend trying between 4-6 flavors with a mix of white and chocolate based cakes. For all flavor options check out, monzubakery.com/flavors. If you don’t fill that out right now please let us know those 48 hours in advance. We ask that you pay for the tastings at the time of your appointment. They are $5.00 each flavor, which will be credited towards your deposit if you sign a contract with a minimum of a $200 order (up to 6 flavors). There will be no cost if you sign a contract at the time of your consultation.

When you sign the contract a 50% deposit will be due. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the event. Please make a final consultation at that time. We will review the contract and make any changes such as number of servings, colors, etc. that we need to.

Our formal Wedding Contracts do include a Sole Provider Agreement for desserts. This is to cover a liability for us that your desserts are coming from a licensed facility. We will make some exceptions if discussed at the consultation.We do not do scheduled consultations for smaller cutting cakes or wedding desserts to serve under 75 people, you can stop in or email anytime to order a cake/desserts. If you would like to try some tastings we just need 48 hours notice to have those done for you and they will be $5 each. You can fill out this form to order tastings and to get a quote for a smaller cake.
